Karl was excellent throughout the entire process. When I first spoke with Karl, the sales process was daunting as I had a deadline to sell the house by and many tradespeople to organise. Karl provided me with confidence of meeting the deadline date and linked me up with great tradespeople to get the house looking immaculate. Communication was great throughout the process and Karl was able to achieve an exceptional sale price for the property which was well above my expectations.
