Sold in seven days for *far* more than I expected

From the initial walk-through when Karl pointed out various small repairs we should undertake to improve the overall perception of the home to a buyer, we knew we were in good hands. Karl’s team - Andrea and Cathy - supported us through every step of the paperwork, calmly and efficiently with clear communication. I have no doubt that the small improvements we made… although none of them expensive … along with Karl’s suggestion to have the home professionally staged… added many (many!) tens of thousands to the final sale price. Seventeen offers in less than a week, and 30 days later the contract has settled and it’s all just a memory. I hope to work with Karl and his team again.
