I came to Karl at the worst time to try and sell a block of land, it was a hard time to build and the land market had dropped dramatically. After over a year of constant trying and Karl updating me on every movement he finally got it sold and at a price I was very happy with as I was not willing to go any lower to make it hard for him. Thank you for your patience and determination over the last year. I highly recommend.
