Karl and his staff were very welcoming with a coffee and time to sit and chat. Karl fully understood our needs and explained all aspects of managing the sale clearly. I liked the portfolio of photos showing presentation of different properties for online advertising. He understands that presentation is the key to securing interested buyers. I guess I appreciated most that Karl kept in constant contact: after all open inspections, when potential buyers had contacted him and monitoring the process with the conveyancer. Real Estate 1840 is a small, very personalised company that listens and values the client. The staff work together as a family team and are happy to follow suggestion from the client.
