Sea-change for our retirement

Twelve months ago my wife (Lesley) & I were considering our ongoing living arrangements as we approached our mid 60's. Having lived at Coromandel Valley for the last 12 years we had effectively ticked the 'tree change' box & were now ready for another chapter in our 40 years + together. Both being born & raised in beach-side suburbs we obviously considered a return to the sea-side lifestyle but with some 'conditions' - no stairs, no fences, views of the sea & close enough to hear (it). A property on (any) esplanade was way to expensive for us - or so we thought - until we were introduced to the idea of apartment living - that's when we met Karl for the first time. Karl clearly understood our situation from the get go & was extremely patient & understanding as we grappled with this previously not considered downsizing option. I found Karl to be very helpful at all times as we negotiated our way through all the necessary processes & associated documentation We both have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Karl to anyone considering buying or selling property.
