I believe we first met Karl about two years before we commissioned him to sell our property on Bribie Island. we only used to speak over my front gate, usually as he was doing promo letter drops as part of his real estate duties. over this time a polite casual acquaintance grew to friendship, as a result he was always going to be our real estate guy. As our agent he kept us well informed in every way related to the sale, setting up the numerous inspections and then the follow-up from those. There was never a doubt that he was "our agent". Always on time, always confident of a sale,always honest and truthful. I consider him a friend and i highly recommend him to all who need a real estate agent in his area.
