Selling can be a busy and stressful time and Karl really made it easier for me. Every time I called him, I basically had another problem for him to solve, although he never sounded Bothered or overwhelmed and I knew he had a lot on his plate, not only with the long hours he works but he also has a young family. I don’t know how he does it! With my work schedule, it was hard for me to be at the place to let trades people inside so Karl would meet them and give them access. He even helped me by making calls on my behalf if I was under the pump at work. If you try to call Karl and he cannot answer at the time, he will always get back to you as soon as possible. There were days he even called me at 10PM or on a Friday night or Saturday morning because they were the best times for me to talk What I also appreciated about Karl was his honesty.
