My husband and I met Karl Wright at a home open and from the get go, Karl was fantastic at his engagement and keeping in touch with us. It was a tough decision to list our first home for sale, but with a young family and parents from the UK who stayed with us on a regular basis we needed more space, so it was with a heavy heart we had to say goodbye to Heathridge. Karl came to our home for the appraisal and from then we knew we were in great hands. This was a big decision for us to make and Karl is someone who you can trust implicitly. He gave us sage advice in breaking down the mammoth task of selling our house and got us to look at each stage as a process, which really helped us. His communication skills, professionalism, the time taken to establish a relationship with us went above and beyond. Karl knew what price we needed in order to move to our forever family home and he works so very hard. He will always do his best for his sellers. We had lots of last minute requests to get things ready for final inspection and Karl was always on hand to send through trade numbers to help us with this and the people he refers through are fantastic. Our sons adored Karl and were always asking when they would see him next, so it goes to show that Karl will take time to get to know his sellers and establish that trusted relationship with them.
