I've been dealing with Karla for 3 years since I first purchased a block of land through NWPB. I constructed a duplex on the lot and Karla was always so helpful providing rental appraisals, sales appraisals as well as regular market updates. Even though I live 4 hours away from the property Karla was happy to send me photos and videos regularly to show me the progress of the build. She's so easy to talk to and a very genuine person.
