Purchasing a unit was very new territory for me - Karla represented me openly and with integrity in difficult circumstances at times, especially as the Seller imposed some tight condition during COVID-19. With other parties interested in the property it would have been appreciated to have more time allocated for the initial inspection of the property, especially considering the purchase price.
