When purchasing a property was told by realtor that Body Corp would be fixing issues. Body corp explained that no application had been received to correct issues and was owner’s responsibility not body corp. despite showing interest in making an offer on the property at the open home I had to contact the realtors partner multiple times to make offer.

Karrine knows her properties! We were re-viewing a property with her but we're unsure as some elements didn't ticked our boxes. Karrine told us about another property about to hit the market and offered to take us through then and there. We ended up purchasing this 2nd property.
