Not happy with the customer service

I bought a house in January from reliance. Still need to do some of the work in the house. I called so many times to agent also I called the builder but after 3-4 months still they did not fix it. I will not recommend any one to buy house from the company until all construction is completed. It is too much mentally harassment to call again and again. And now not even picking my call
