Karyl is a lovely lady who is excellent in her role as a estate agent. She has good communication skills, she rang when she said she would and was always on time. She kept me informed every step of the way, listened and understood my needs . With some agents I have felt pressured but with Karyl I never felt pressured by her in fact I felt safe knowing that she was looking after me. I have bought and sold a number of properties over the last few years and have dealt with a number of different agents but I have to say Karyl was by far the best one. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking at buying or selling a property if I was asked to give her a score it would be 11/10

I felt that Karyl was honest and I felt I could trust her. She replied to any messages/emails I sent promptly and was great when things didn't go as planned (by talking to the seller and seeing where things were at his end). I was always in the loop.
