As a buyer I found the agent/agency to be very lazy from the moment I placed an offer. The contracts weren't done properly. The bank details for the trust account on the contract was wrong. Took too long to get a fully signed completed contract back for the banks as the bank would not accept the way the contract was completed. Heard nothing throughout the buying process from the agent/s much at all. And had to contract the agent to organise collection of the keys on settlement day. Which the agent was not even there to present the keys to me (the buyer) at all. When I collected the keys and got to the house I was given someone else's house keys and could not access the property. I phoned the agent to be told well they are the keys we have used for the open homes and try the back door. She managed to organise someone else to bring the proper house keys to me 30 mins later. I the buyer have contacted the agent and the signboard company for the removal of the signboard and it still is at the house over a week after settlement. Which they never even put on or had me put on a sold sticker... Very disappointing service which I makes me never want to sell my family homes with...

I’d recommend Karyn to anyone who is buying or selling their house. She will go 2 extra miles and work very hard to get you the best possible outcome.

My house was on the market a little longer than expected but persistence with getting the right volume of buyers through paid off to get the sale.
