After deciding to move, we contacted Karyn Neil -@Remax. Karyn met with us, discussed what we wanted, the market and offered suggestions on minor changes that would make our home more appealing. Karyn provided a brief on every inspection and we were in regular communication. Our home "Sold" in 6 weeks from listing.
