The pictures were amazing. Kieran was my main contact and he was terrific. Excellent communication, texts and calls were returned straight away, did what he said he was going to do, and if I had questions about their marketing strategy he was more than willing to discuss. The team have exceptional market knowledge, they didn’t even want to know what price I wanted for the property, they just marketed it and brought me the best possible price, and that price exceeded my expectation. I did feel a bit rushed to make a decision on the offers, not sure if it was me or them as it happened very quickly, however, Kieran was there to talk through these options. I would definitely use this dynamic trio again.
