I asked Chat GPT who the best agent in our area was and found Karyn’s name among with others. We invited Karyn to our house on Friday to get some advice. There was no need to call other agents. She prepared a booklet of our house with a photo on its cover page with all the information about recent sales in the same area. We filled and handed in the agent contract form on Monday. Tuesday we formally signed and paid fees for advertising our house on Realestate.com and our house went on the market same day. Karyn and her team swiftly organized two inspections in the same week. While I was fishing on Wednesday, Kieran called me about an offer to consider. We didn’t take that offer since a big inspection was still scheduled for Saturday.
