Review of our house sale experience

Karyn O'Dea has been visible in our immediate area of Robina for 10+ years. We have only ever heard outstanding comments about her ability to sell homes at fair prices particularly in Robina. We had been watching her progress over some years and decided to engage her because of her impressive record. We were not disappointed. Karyn was always professional in her manner with us, yet consistently demonstrated her ability to be completely empathetic of our personal situation during our home sale. This was important to us. Karyn always made herself available to us when we needed advice, clarification on matters and updates on the sale progress. Karyn's knowledge of the real estate market was extremely good as we learned through discussions with her. This was further backed up by her emails with industry news articles and our own research. It is an expectation of all home vendors that they will achieve the biggest possible dollar value sale - even if that value is seemingly unreasonable. Because of her knowledge and industry experience, Karyn always kept our expectations realistic which made the decision for accepting a specific offer on our home much easier. Karyn has a very skilled team who were a delight to deal with. We felt confident that our home would sell within the timeframe that we were aiming for. At no time did we feel our home would be on the market long term and it was not. Karyn and her team absolutely delivered. Thank you to Karyn and her team. Great job and we will recommend both Karyn and her team to others in the future.
