Kasey came with full-on recommendations from "up the street" and she lived up to our expectation of a very good agent. Her knowledge of our suburb, the current property situation and her ability to transmit all of that information was professional and informative for us. (We received an appraisal from another agent who was very quickly left in Kasey's dust). We need to say that the current climate was in our favour, however after the first (and only) home open on a Sunday, Kasey presented us with 5 (five!!) offers on the following Tuesday afternoon. Agreement was quickly reached, but as we were trying to align both sale and purchase of another home, there was some juggling and each time Kasey was there supporting and doing what was needed in a timely manner.
