Kashan is an excellent agent who is highly professional and gets top results ! The sale and settlement of my property was very complicated due to surrounding circumstances and legal issues etc. However due to Kashan being extremely vigilant in ensuring that every sales lead was thoroughly followed up and any issues that were encountered were immediately rectified (almost always same day – no matter how late it was) we managed to get a sales price in line with the top tier of the market sales in that area for similar properties. We had issues with settlement with an overseas buyer, finance issues, tenants stealing from the property etc – all these issues were quickly rectified without holdup. When researching agents to use I initially thought she might lack sales experience in the area however this proved to be completely unjustified. I have dealt with lots of professionals in the property market and Kashan is basically the only one I would have absolutely no issues using again.
We had taken nearly two years to sell our house through another agent. I hadn't been following the market and it was very distressing having to search real estate on line 3 times a day and find 80% of suitable homes already under offer. I had contacted Kashan about one of her listings but was not suitable to our needs. From then all she sent emails every day and two and a half weeks later a home came up and Kashan was able to take us through before it got listed.
