If its your first time in the market buying a house there can be a lot to handle. Having Kat as the agent really helped on our final purchase as there were some hurdles to jump in dealing with the vendors. She assisted with communication and negotiation in reaching settlement, an outcome I don't know how we would have reached with another agent.
