The first contact with Katarina from LJhooker was through my neighbours, who contacted several estate agents, for me with the view to selling my property in Tuncurry. I live in Sydney, so Lorraine and John were instrumental in doing the initial legwork for me. The initial approach was very professional, I was presented with an information review of sales in the area and what I may expect the selling price could achieve. I was kept well informed of the advertising strategy, and after only 6 days had and offer for the initial asking amount. I have accepted this offer and the contracts have been exchanged and settlement will be mid February. Everything Katarina has presented to me has been exactly what happened, and I can only speak very highly of her professionalism.

I felt totally at ease about the sale my house, etc. I felt there was no real need to ask questions.
