I was annoyed because the offer was 15000 less than asking price. Buyer made out he was finance ready. It took 3 months for his finance to be approved with many an extension. If I had known this would have happened, I wouldn't have dropped the price on my home. I lost money on this sale
As Kate sold the home back in 2017 she had good knowledge of the property and where it sat in the market. As I was dealing with a deceased estate her warmth and understanding of the situation made me feel at ease with the process of evaluation and then the sale process. He communication throughout the process was fantastic and I never had to chase her for anything, she is honest and truthful and that shows through in how she engages.

Although sale price was less than advertised price, it was better to have a cash buyer and quick roll over rather than risk a protracted sale subject to finance.
