Great communication and thorough knowledge

Kate is a very friendly agent with great communication skills. Always returned my calls and emails, which is more than I can say for many agents we dealt with. She has answered lots of questions and has been a wealth of information and was a great liaison between purchaser and vendor. Loved the video tour, made a big difference in coming to see the property from far away. Also great Instagram account too! Highly recommend.
