Recently we had to make a really difficult and sensitive decision and we decided to relocate our parents in into an aged care facility. As you can imagine there's a lot of work to do . One of the tasks was to sell the family home, I googled the agents in the area for some appraisals and decided to go with Kate, right from the very start she was upfront and called a spade a spade . She gave me an estimated value of the property there was a high and a low price range we ended up selling between the estimate which we were over the moon about with a 45 day settlement which suited us perfectly. During the process which only took about 4 weeks she had inspections and open houses of which she kept me informed about the flow numbers and comments and her thoughts and strategies . Couldn't have been happier about her efforts and the end result. Would definitely recommend 👌
