Rarely do you find someone so committed to her craft and genuine desire to help people . She is so polite but patient. If I was purchasing another home I would want Kate in my corner . Highly recommend.

We called Kate, who was happy to meet us to view the property outside of house open. Her presence with her assistant was timely. Her pleasantness was a warm welcome. Her knowledge on how to go about making this place ours was helpful. Her checking in on us with the progression of sale of our house for the new, was motivational.

As absentee owner I relied on Kate to be well informed about the marketplace and buyer enquiry. Communication was always timely and relevant to my goals. Kate and Kelly took care of everything liaising with my property manager to ensure minimum impact on my tenants.
