Having experienced 3 severely cold winters in Bridgetown, I decided to re-locate somewhere closer to good facilities; medical, vet care, shops, closer to the coast without being in the thick of it. As I am now retired and live alone with a cat ... the home is very suitable and with it's established gardens is perfect so that I can potter about if ... I'm not writing on my computer. The Tuscan Sun experience comes about from the home being flooded with morning and afternoon light. The villa featured in the movie is called 'Bramasole' which means to seek the sun. But without the support of Kate; all of the above would not have become a possibility. Patiently Kate waited for my home which had an offer from a business corporation to become firm. Which it did, and I am delighted with my new abode. Kate communicated, negotiated, had a keen knowledge of the local market, and her professional attitude made all the difference to the conjunct sale which may have been flawed.
