When I initiated the enquiry of unit 2/8 Raglan the reception of Wilson Partners provided my details to Kate Cameron and within an hour Kate had contacted me The initial discussion of the situation between unit 3 and unit 2 was professional and from this the option to purchase unit 2 could be possible Kate negotiated with the owner of unit 2 which then made the property available for myself to negotiate the purchase The negotiation was quick and Kates management was courteous and professional After the agreed price was reached the application process was performed within 2 days of the agreed price (this was fast and efficient) I asked Kate to arrange an inspection of the property (as at that point I had only seen unit 3 not 2), Kate organised the arrangements straight away and was performed at the tenants earliest convenience On the day of settlement Kate was in close communication with me to keep me up to date with the sale After the purchase and within the arranged time; I was able to pick up the keys and a surprised congratulations bottle of wine was waiting for me (I have purchased/built a few homes over the years and I have never received this nice treatment before)
