Kate is, without question, the best real estate agent on the planet. Frankly, every other agent should be forced to attend a masterclass run by her if they know what’s good for them. Her interpersonal skills are elite, her emotional intelligence is borderline supernatural, and her general intelligence sits somewhere around Einstein territory. In an industry not exactly famous for trustworthiness, Kate is the rare exception. Honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for everyone involved. If I were an Eskimo and Kate offered to sell me ice, I’d buy it immediately because I know it would somehow be premium, handcrafted, artisan ice.
