Kate and Nyal sold our house in 4 days! Exceptional!!

We first met Kate at an open home of a property we were interested in. Kate was friendly and knowledgeable about the particular home we were interested in at the time. We met her again a few months later at a different open home and we were impressed with her ability to showcase the positives of that home, her sense of humour, honesty and quiet determination. It was at this open home we made the decision to choose Kate and Nyal to sell our biggest asset - our family home. Kate organised everything with diligence and speed and sought our feedback and approval throughout. Through her determination and hard work, we put our home on the market and had our first open home with a prospective buyer already in the pipelines. Within 4 days of posting a for sale sign on our home, we had a new sticker on the sign - under offer. A dream come true.
