Our only criticism of Kate's performance overall relates to a "sale" that fell through just prior to exchange of contracts. Kate was on leave at the time and unaware of the drama, however, on her return, she showed a startling lack of empathy for our situation. The failed sale cost us several hundred dollars in wasted legal fees, and considerable personal stress, but it was all "get back on the horse and push forward", with no mention of the really bad time we'd been through. Ultimately, 'though, the house was sold and Kate's handling of the sale was most efficient and professional.
