She was determined to get it sold - and hung in for 18 months doing countless open homes and private inspections. We asked her several times if she wanted to walk away so she could focus on her large number of other listings but she was always very quick to refuse our offer, saying "I am going to sell this property" Her great attributes are her determination & persistence, client care, professionalism - and cheery nature....which was needed at times to keep us from giving up.
