Kate Cummins began her real estate career on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in 2000 before returning home to the South Coast. In 2003 she opened her own office with her partner - they then grew the business from a small team of five into one of the most successful agencies on the South Coast. After a decade of running a thriving business, Kate took time out to travel Australia and enjoy life with her family.
In 2018, Kate joined the Ray White Group as Principal and Licensee of the Gerringong office. Over the next six years, she established herself as one of the region’s most respected sales agents while also managing and growing a high-performing business.
In 2025, Kate embraced a new chapter with the Ray White Kiama team as Sales and Marketing Executive. This move allows her to focus on what she loves most—helping people buy and sell property in the local area she is so passionate about.
Kate is known for making the sales process as seamless and stress-free as possible. She is committed to achieving the best outcomes for her clients through honest guidance, clear communication, and outstanding service. Her success is built on dedication, extensive industry knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping people reach their property goals.
Kate also believes in giving back to the community. She is an active volunteer lifesaver with Gerringong SLSC and regularly takes part in events such as Surfing for the Disabled, reflecting her strong commitment to supporting and contributing to the place she calls home.
Living at Werri Beach, Kate loves the lifestyle that the South Coast offers. Outside of real estate, you’ll often find her enjoying the sand and surf. Her deep connection to the local community, combined with her love for the property industry, continues to drive her success and reputation as a trusted agent.
