We can’t thank Kate enough for her tireless efforts to sell our property. When interviewing potential selling agents from interstate Kate stood out as a genuine and honest person. From initial discussions to listing for sale took over 12 months due to delays on our end. Throughout this time we were also not committed to selling but were assessing our options. Kate kept in touch without being pushy to offer assistance on a number of occasions to check on and attend the property on our behalf or offering trades recommendations etc. even when we were potentially not going to sell at that point.
