We cannot find fault with Kate. Her advice and knowledge of the market were spot on which led to us achieving well above our expected price for the property. She kept us updated and well informed throughout the whole process, inspite of us being on an overseas holiday at the time. Kate is friendly and approachable whilst remaining totally professional.
