Excellent Agent

Kate took over management of our rental property and the team was excellent in placing tenants and looking after the property. We decided to sell the property about 6 months later and this time Kate and her team went well above and beyond in helping us secure and keep a buyer at a great price for a contract that proved to be more complex than a standard normal sale.
