Having listed our property with Kate in a pandemic i thought would be stressful. Kate was wonderful throughout the whole experience. Living over 5 hours from the property everything was done remotely, nothing that i ever asked of Kate was too much trouble. She sold our property, got the price we wanted and the settlement. I can honestly say it is the smoothest property sale i have ever had in my life.
