I had a poor experience with other real estates in the area but Kate and her team were fantastic. In both areas of managing my rental and then when I needed to sell my property. Kate made sure I had exceptional tenants and made the selling super easy on my end. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. And hopefully I look forward to working with her again in the future!!!
