Kate was probably one of the most remarkable and impressive human beings I've ever met.

Every time Kate wandered up our driveway we knew we were in for a wonderful, exciting experience. Her in-depth knowledge of the market and her analysis of the prospect buyers was always insightful and shrewd. You could call her "Christ in a frock", I suppose, except that she didn't wear frocks only pants. Give that woman more money.
