Kate was a great agent and easy to deal with. Kate always arrived before the open for inspections and did all the little things like turning lights on and opening blinds which made the home feel welcoming to any potential buyers. This paid off as she sold my house within 2 weeks of being on the market. Before it went on the market i was asked what i needed to do to sell it as I was doing a renovation. The agents at YPA also help[ed with colour selections with paint and flooring. The house turned out great and I'm glad I followed the advice from YPA. Thanks again Kate.
