Kate was very efficient in her work. She is knowledgeable about rural property sales & was always willing to listen to our point of view & give honest, experienced advice. She was upfront about if she couldn't be contacted due to circumstances, otherwise was always in touch promptly regarding anything to do with inspections, the sale or queries we had. She was fair to us as the vendors, but also to any potential purchasers, making sure everyone had a chance at the property.
