Good communication
As buyers, we had a great experience working with Kate. From our first inspection through to settlement, she was friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Kate was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed throughout the process and making herself readily available whenever we had questions. Any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which helped make it feel smooth and straightforward. We particularly appreciated her honest and personable approach.
