Thanks so much again Kate!!! After a long saga with another agent putting our house on the market with you was so easy and you sold it in under a week!!!! We highly recommend you to absolutely any one and if we ever sell again it will defiantly be with you!!!

The only reason I did not give a five star for Market Knowledge was because we only just achieved the lowest price of the valuation - this can be for various reasons but all would have been known of at the time - season, weather etc. I was personally disappointed to have picked you Kate to sell our home but then handed over to Jade. Jade did a great job - but I did feel let down when you choose to be someplace else instead of selling our home (not meaning the conference weekend) but the other open houses. We were very surprised of the lack of open house attendances - but these are out of your hands. In the end it is only ONE that counts - and we got that one :) Apart from these minor points we were very happy with how our sale was handled, the personalities and of course the SOLD sign is very pleasing to the eye.
