We were happy in our dealings with Kate; As I had been very ill during the year she had to talk to my son a lot of the time. This could be difficult for her as sometimes I would call her and she had already spoken to my son. She kept going when things were not looking promising with the person that bought my unit. First contract fell over as his contract on his home didn't go through. He eventually bought the place albeit $5000 less then his original offer.
