We were looking for houses for about 2 months and most of the agents we dealt with were not very helpful and even rude sometimes because the competition in the market is very high. Buying the first home is a very complicated and stressful process. When I saw this house we are purchasing now I was immediately interested and texted Kate/Courtney to do an inspection. Courtney was lovely, very responsive and we made an inspection on the same day! She was very friendly at the inspection, made us feel super comfortable in asking questions and made the whole process of making an offer and signing the documents very easy and seamless. This was our 5th offer on a property and she was very understandable and explained the whole process in a very clear language. We won the house and she was very happy for us!! She also helped us with some legal matters on the contract of sale.
