She was honest and straightforward in dealings and ambitious for the price I might receive. I received the top of her sales price prediction which was more than my own estimate by quite a bit. And she went the extra mile to achieve this price. The agency staff all helpful, including Chris Rayner her colleague sales executive who was always available if Kate was tied up. They were both friendly, with senses of humour, and great to work with.
