Kate is a passionate and knowledgeable agent and was very giving of her time and advice. Kate also provided contacts for a stylist and handyman which assisted with the preparation for sale. This led to a great result in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend her.
Kate was very helpful from my very first phone call up until us finally moving in. She was a wealth of knowledge about the area and very supportive throughout the whole process.
My experience of selling our home in Blaxland was very smooth. KATE SPENCE from OneAgency Reeves Blaxland has so much knowledge of this area and has demonstrated her knowledge and her passion of selling homes. Kate has very good communication skills & is really professional in her approach. I found Kate Spence to be totally professional, understanding and taking unto account our needs. Kate always made us feel important and made sure whatever suggestions she made, that we were totally comfortable with the decision, before going ahead with it. Kate works hard & proved how fast she can sell homes due to her passionate nature for real estate.
It was an absolute pleasure to have Kate sell our home! Her professionalism and friendly nature are the key factors in getting the sale over the line. I would not hesitate in recommending Kate to anyone looking to sell their home in the Blue Mountains area!
Kate was very open and 100% honest with me from the start. She communicated with me every step of the way. She went above and beyond what I have experienced in the past with other agents. ( having sold 2 other houses previously.) There were time constraints in having the house sold and Kate did everything in her power to make that happen. Thank you Kate for everything, I can now move forward and enjoy the next chapter in life.
Kate was very pleasant, helpful and a good mediator between buyer and seller. I would recommend her for your agent
Absolutely amazing, kates knowledge expertise, advice, professionalism, enthusiasm. Cannot describe how great she is in such a small space. Nanette I,
From the first inspection where we had several questions for Kate she was able to answer with very informative and honest answers. Very upfront and honest. Kate did everything she could to help us through our first home purchase. It was very stressful at times and Kate was outstanding in communications and bent over backwards to help us. The whole process within Kate's area went very smoothly. I highly recommend Kate to anyone buying or selling in the Penrith/Blue Mountains areas.
My experience with Kate Spence in the sale of my house was courteous, highly knowledgeable, prompt, attentive and extremely helpful. Kate communicated with us on a regular basis to make sure we were always updated and assisted us in getting through the process as smoothly as possible. We appreciated her honesty and reliability. We would recommend Kate to anyone buying or selling a property.
We are very happy that Kate was able to sell our property in such a difficult market. Kate put in an enormous amount of time and energy into our sales campaign and left no stone upturned. Very happy
Words can not express how much I appreciate the expertise of Kate Spence. She gets the job done in a way that is totally stress free. From the get go she gave us advice, which we sought, that helped our property get over the line faster. Kate was easy to communicate with throughout the process and gave us regular updates as to what was happening with potential buyers. I highly recommend Kate to anyone - she is definitely the number one agent of the area.
Kate was a pleasure to deal with. She communicated clearly throughout the process and was eager to help out; with viewings outside of scheduled times, and with recommending local tradespeople. Clearly dedicated to her job and very professional!
