We recently purchased and moved into our dream home. Amongst some very stressful and time pressing circumstances Kate was instrumental in helping us find and secure our family home. From our first meeting Kate listened to us & knew what we were looking for in a property, she helped us think outside the box leading us to a property which we now call home. Through various delays and challenges her market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills were instrumental in helping us secure the property. She is a breath of fresh air within the realestate agent space and we found her very genuine and true to her word. A pleasure to work with!

I found Kate to be a very considerate and attentive agent. She was always willing to take my calls and give me the information I requested. At all times did she consider the need to help me through the process of selling my family home. It was a pleasure to do business with Kate and One Agency. Robyn

From our first meeting I found Kate to be extremely honest and friendly, her local knowledge and enthusiasm really impressed me from the start. Kate constantly kept me informed with any feedback and was always happily available to answer or assist if needed. Kate is a professional with great communication and people skills. I am thrilled with my sale outcome and would highly recommend Kate and her team. Trish Blaxland NSW

I was very pleased with the way Kate went about the negotiations to purchase the property. Kate was up front and honest and I would be happy to deal with her in the Future

Kate is an excellent communicator and kept me up to speed with any happenings along the way with inspections/ private viewings. Kate was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I am generally not a big fan of real estate agents but from a vendor's perspective I can highly recommend Kate as the "go to agent!"

Great and helpful. Always willing to help.

We found Kate to be very straightforward and open. She went above and beyond to assist us and was very reliable, flexible and responsive to requests.

As a purchaser, having encountered many agents, Kate was clearly a stand out from day 1 - her relationship with my partner and I was understanding, consultative, highly understanding and empathic, and above all her relationship with not just us but the seller, the area and the community was exactly what we wanted in the transaction. On that, the entire journey with Kate has not been "transactional" at all; it's more been a conversation, stress free, an open dialogue that appealed and resonated with us so very well. In closing, I highly recommend Kate as the number 1, go to agent for the Blue Mountains and beyond; her intrinsic connection to the area and its values will ensure you're met with a stress free, relaxed though professional guidance.

Kate was very friendly to deal with. We saw her over many properties that we visited. She was very professional during the purchasing process and went over and above. Daniel

Kate was friendly, personable and extremely helpful throughout the daunting process of buying my new home. She constantly went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth, and stress-free. Her industry knowledge and contacts (staging, cleaning etc) also gave me a huge advantage in selling my home. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Words cannot describe how highly I rate Kate! From day dot Kate has provided the highest level of professional service and support. Definitely best practice. I would definitely engage Kate again if I was selling another house in the area. Kate's knowledge of the market was of the highest standard. I would recommend Kate to anyone looking to sell.

As a purchaser I found Kate's communication and honesty refreshing. Having been involved with other agents as I searched for a property, I found Kate to be an exception to the rule. I would have no problem recommending her as either a selling or listing agent. Thanks Kate
