Exceeded expectations!

I chose Kate Spence from Chapmans as she actually listened to the needs of my family during the sale of my late husbands home. It was an emotional time and Kate was able to show professionalism in her appraisal for the property along with a deep understanding for the difficult task we faced. Kate made the whole process very easy by organising tradesman to complete necessary tasks ready for the the home to go on the market.
