From the beginning, I found Kate to be very patient, strategic, and committed throughout the campaign, investing a significant amount of time and effort into the sale of our home. She went above and beyond with presentation, including bringing in her own artwork and plants and held Sunday open homes to maximise exposure. She consistently thought outside the box, including targeting buyers outside the local area, which ultimately proved successful. Her colleague Chris was also great to deal with and very supportive throughout the process. Together they are a great team, and we were very pleased with the final result achieved.
